Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with DVGLOBAL. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Eligibility for Returns Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return:

• Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery
• Items returned without original packaging

How to Request a Refund To initiate a return, please email us at verma.devraj9@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions.

Refund Processing Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
